I am reading to transition out of teaching.
The classroom has become such a difficult place.
Also, as a young professional I feel burdened. But I don’t feel like I am growing.
I am not even sure if in the teaching profession there is room for growth.
However, the work has become so difficult.
What to do to leave responsibly?
