And not being able to read
Limits your ability to navigate
Food knowledge
Nutritional therapy
Nutritional management
How do we eat too
Prevent muscle break down and provide enough energy to the body
Preventing dehydration, yet preventing fluid overload
Maintain normal sodium and calcium levels
Lack of status, help, and invisibility in the community
Makes the accomplishment of the above almost always impossible
Non communicable diseases don’t
Stays in one house, on one road or in one village
The effects are catastrophic
To the individual and the community
