The teachers 
around the region are in active protest.
I saw one of our bright sparks ( Kittitian) educators, I could see her light waning. So out of concern, I asked. Wha happening?
She told me her story.
Teachers deserve so much better.
* Could you imagine after teaching a full class having get a full time second job because … the process of appointment takes over a year after you graduate. And your payment will NOT increase unless that appointment is approved.
Teachers as everyone else has:
1. Children to be ready for school this September.
2. Loans to pay.
3. The cost of living is wayyyy more than their lil payment.
So after 2 rigorous years in teacher Ed for months after you still at K16.
K16 is not ok after you graduate Teacher Training college for over a year.
