Being a principal is probably one of the hardest job on the planet.
1. The education system is a difficult terrain.
2. Your teachers often feel ( she don’t stand up for us) she always a come say di ministry say.
3. Allegedly the ministry of Education always a say ( you all allowing the teachers to do…. ) please report and record dem.
A principal can not always apply justice to the situations at hand with teachers 90% of the time they must extend mercy for the well being of the whole school community
Principals have to:
-apply effort to work along with all and sundry. Even if as an adult I am willfully negligent to my duties and disrespectful. Principals still have to apply effort
– show CARE to ALL staff members ( dats a lot a heart)
– be empathetic – ( try and understand what it’s like to be that teacher ) yes she late but she has a young child and aging parents … that’s hard … so Ms. James I understand.
