Creating sustainable care communities where the caregivers prioritize self-care while caring for others. Instead of feeling instead of feeling tired from helping too much we will learn how to support and feel good about taking care of ourselves too.
Teachers, geriatric care managers, mental health advocates, social workers and medical professionals provide human services that allow the other professionals to exist at work, play and home with their mental health in tack. Knowing someone is available to care for them or family members.
To preserve the caregivers in the community we are called to care for them. Creating networks of support.

This is what I am proposing…
- Buy the book- share it if you don’t have a child around.
- Recommend the book to a pre-school in the region.
- Use the book as an example to illustrate diversity in children’s literature.
- Share this post.
- Create a post of praise around her product and services.
Providing collective care for our care-gives is a sure way to preserve the people who matter in community doing work that matters.
