It took me 11yrs to get the courage to leave classroom. What was he talking about?
Then he proceeded to explain why staying in one place for to long is loyal to company and not loyal your professional and personal development.
So I went to research this new idea, that he brought to me.

For 12 years, I introduced myself as Micheleina the teacher .
There’s nothing inherently wrong with that.
However, what happens when you leave or want to leave?
Someone always ask me,
Why do you want to leave the children?
What does your name mean without the credibility of a well-known brand attached to it?”
– Who are you without the political appointment?
– Who are you without the principalship?
– Who are you without the family last-name?
I wish I understood the value of building a personal brand and a company exactly 10years ago!
