– When you see good say it. It’s easy to take for granted these sightings. But we can get more of it when we celebrate it. #boysinbooks
– Don’t just celebrate the winners, be intentional about noticing those young adults who are making an effort. Make sure there is an award for the student who just shows up
– Allow room for decent. If you don’t allow small rebellions you will have to call the national guards for BIG ones. Rebellion in the language of the unheard.
