In every family, care work running quiet
like river water—mostly on de backs of women. But when de men start to show up in dat space too, we all win:
Less strain on women. — Everybody lift, nobody break.
Mind stay healthy. — Stress share out, peace stretch out.
Whole family grow. — We build wellness, not just survival.
Care is love in action. And when all hands come together—even over something simple like the breaking of bread
Let’s make men functional members of the family again for their mental health
