Our work to change things will intersect either people who can’t content with our ideas.
So they will come for your character.
Our work will intersect with people who don’t agree with our journey, it will cross people who don’t have the world view we have.
At this stage we can give into our pride and say
You are wrong and I am right.
People on community are allowed to give feedback that builds and idea.
And when we gather around ideas: we are given the opportunity to change each other
When we give grace to ask:
1. Have you consider this instead
2. What about this issue
3. What about that issue
When you get constructive feedback
if needed it allows you to change your posture.
1. Not answer the comments – I am learning the not answer skill. It’s not always needed to justify what you did.
The idea is to observe the data to create more resonance, more enrolment to make the changes you want to happen.
What I am learning to do is to see the world as it is, to dance with the fear to cause change to happen even if it means a rumble.
