I want to change the above
It sounds like

Change is disruptive
Leadership is a choice
You earn your seat at the leadership table every time you show up:
- Empathetic
- Building Trust
- With Remarkable services and products
- Consistently
- Fail and get up again and move forward
It is possible for all of us to earn our seats.
