Dear Minister of Education,
A new government does not give Principals permission to terrorize the teachers assigned to their team. Minister of education please begging again, listen to your teachers. Management is different from the teachers in the trenches.
Unhappy teachers are an unhappy majority.
Power is position, but it is also numbers.
Be wary of putting your friends in positions that demand compassion to lead when they don’t have heart. They will become spoil and tyrannical when persons ask for mercy.
When your teachers are not cared/ when they don’t have a voice/when they are constantly terrorized it is very easy to lead them against the national agenda. A principal can only control teachers with fear and punishment for so long.
Mine… power is not stable and it’s not one-dimensional. In war there is Goliath and there is David.
