A few hours before the Caribbean Secondary Examination Council ( henceforth, CSEC )Visual Arts first sitting. This is my 11th year in the game. My teaching skills has gotten better. However the difficulty index of the job has inflated. I feel like the difficulty to teach is equal and in some instances more than rising food prices. Every month not enough energy dere no matter how much you plan and budget. Additionally, in most instances the teacher alone is accountable for competency development, compliance and quality assessment of products produced by the student. The ask when done correctly can be a tremendous support to the class room teacher. Education is a WE sport.
