In recent months , the challenges facing our schools 🇰🇳 have been magnified.
From students death, to the absence of physical campuses and the struggle to provide resources for online learning, (still) our school leaders are under immense stress. They’re dealing with everything from student deaths to staff assaults and conflicts between students and adults.
Amidst these trials, teachers and leaders worldwide are tirelessly striving to create environments that nurture not just academic learning, but also social, moral, and physical development.

Here are some simple ways we can support our school leaders:
1. Offer assistance: Ask, “How can I assist you?”
2. Express appreciation: Say, “You’re doing a great job!”
3. Take proactive steps: Volunteer to tackle tasks with, “I’ll handle this.”
The more we invest in education the less we need to invest in:
– Crime
– Unemployment and welfare programs
– Health Care
– Justice System
