I wil do a lil bit every day & I will improve a lil bit everyday.
The improvement is the game changer – itโs like going from 0% to 37% more in a year. Thatโs a lot of real change.
But for now I am working on me and mommy wellness. I realise we both need different things for physical and mental wellness.
I need fitness and she needs gentle movement to sooth her.
Here is what we have been focusing on โฆ
1. **Nutrition**: We focus on small dietary changes such as increasing your intake of fruits #and vegetables, and ** drinking more water . I am struggling with the coke but improvement is being made
2. **Sleep**: Improve your sleep. She is in bed by a certain time and I try to get 1hr nap in the day.
3. **Recovery**: Prioritize recovery by including rest days. Sundays and Wednesdays we do life no workout.
5. **Mindset**: Work on your mental approach to fitness by setting realistic goals. Angela done walk when she reach a particular point. But she wants to goโฆ. The wanting to go for a walk is a positive mindset
By consistently making small improvements in these areas, we are optimising our overall fitness, and mental health over time.
